Hey so after all this time I got medical request from the ircc. It included my kids documentation.

Question is my wife is passed away.
Kids are gonna come alone in this case.
Is there any program where I can apply for my mother visa so she can bring the kids to me.
I applied pr based of refugee protection
Plz advise. Thank you

The only option for your mother would be to apply for a TRV (tourist visa) or a super visa once you are a PR and meet the income requirements. However the chances of refusal will be very high due to your refugee claim.
