Parents Visa

Hi all,

I am planning to bring my parents for summer for not more than 3 months. My father is retired and aged 70 and my mother aged 60 years. We don't have assets back in their names in India. I can show some proof of funds in my account here. Please suggest whether which is preferable to apply, as visitor visa or supervisa. I am afraid it should not be rejected just because they can't show assets or ties back home. Please advise me if you have information.

Hi,

Can you provide NOAs if you apply for their super visas?

If they plan to visit for only 3 months then TRVs would be better.... but they must show strong reasons to return. BTW their financial situation will be assessed for TRVs.

What other ties can they show: any dependent family, rental accommodation, other commitments and responsibilities, previous travel history, etc?
