Parents visa got denied the first time. Reapplying again!! Need help!

My parents applied for Trv on December 17 but we got a rejection on December 27. Main reason for my parents visit is to welcome our child who is due in the month of April. Many people said that you shouldn’t write that as the purpose of visit but we wanted to write everything genuinely so we decided to write the truth. We showed enough family ties like property in my moms name, bank statement showing more than 30 lakhs and noc from dads work but application was denied (based on family ties, purpose of visit, personal and financial assets).

We have decided to apply online again ( earlier it was a paper application submitted by my family at vfs office) any suggestions on how to proceed to this application. we have decided to show more property in their name, waiting for a letter from Mp and much more stronger invitations letter. While applying online I see the space for business registration but I don’t see the space to put an noc letter from his work and his partner ( my dad owns his own business with a partner, and is also working with a private company from past 30 years. Any suggestions? And do we need a cover letter from my dad even if we are showing and explain everything in our invitations letter?

Unfortunately, refusals were expected for this purpose of visit.

Applying online does not assure higher chances of approvals as compared to paper applications. What matters are the documents/ evidence/ explanations.

Who owns this property currently? Anyway.

Transferring any new property would make it obvious it was done for the visa application. Not a good idea if they have not purchased the property with their own finances.

Both a letter from the MP and a new invitation letter will not work.

Unfortunately, the damage was done by stating your pregnancy and the baby = Intention to work illegally as visitors.

You may want to consider applying only for your mom. Duration: 3-4 weeks max. And, do not reapply so soon.

She must wait for a couple of months before she reapplies + do include evidence that you will not be working at the time your mom visits (if that's the case)
