Hi,
I have couple of questions with respect to Parents Supervisa and would like to hear responses from folks who have experienced it:
1. As supervisa allows folks to stay for 2 years in Canada, does the immigration officer look for return air ticket when they land in Canada? Airlines only provide return ticket for 1 year duration only and considering a 2 year stay i'm assuming immigration officers should be fine with a just one way ticket and still stamp the passport to allow for a stay of 2 years?
2. After the completion of the 2 year stay on the Supervisa, what is the minimum amount duration parents have to spend outside canada before coming back to canada and be eligible to stay for another 2 years? Would a weekend trip to US suffice for a fresh entry to canada with allowance of 2 years?
Thanks
