Parents Super Visa

Applied for Parents Super Visa in India - Jalandhar on September 21 2017.Provide all documents from our sponsoring side include Income Tax Return for 2016,Insurance $100000.00 and Sponsorship Letter.On Dec 06 2017 they asked again for our 2016 Notice of Assessment. My dad they lived in Jalandhar and handover that paper to Jalandhar office on same day.After that till today no reply from Embassy.
Anyone with this same experience please post.

You should have emailed the NOA to IRCC. Not submitted it to VFS Jalandhar.

I suggest you link your parents applications to their online account. Do check if the status update indicates that IRCC requires some documents
