Parents super visa Income cut off question

Hi there,
I have two questions. Firstly on the CIC's website it says that the Low income Cut off LICO is as follows:
1 person: 22000
2 People: 27670
3 people: 34000
4 people: 40300

My question is can I apply for one parent using the 22000 income? Or do I have to have income above 27670 in order to be eligible to apply for a super visa for a parent?

Second question is other than a Notice of Assessment or Option C print out can I provide them a letter of employment or bank statements to prove my income? My previous year's income was low and I started employment in the middle of the year. So my higher income does not appear in last year's NOA.

You have to include yourself and everyone in your family (as well as the parent you are bringing to Canada) when you calculate LICO.

If you are single and wish to bring one parent to Canada on a super visa - then you need to have LICO to cover 2 people. If you are married - then you would need to show LICO for 3 people to bring one parent to Canada. If you are married with two children - then you would need to show LICO to cover 5 people to bring one parent to Canada.

Yes - you can provide a letter of employment or pay stubs.

Ok - based on your previous posts you are married. So that means you would have to show LICO to cover three people to bring one parent to Canada on a super visa.
