I was selected to apply for parents sponsorship program
My question is if both my mother and father should fill out the form IMM 1344
And IMM0008? Or should one of them fill out the forms and the other one apply as and dependent?

I guess your father and mother are still married, so you should fill only one copy of IMM1344.

If you’re approved as a sponsor, IRCC will assess the eligibility of the person you want to sponsor.

So take that into consideration, i will personally choose father to be the Principal Applicant and mother as a Dependant........its up to you.....but fill only one form

I just found out that some people are selected for this year. I never received any emails saying I’m not selected. Last year I received an email saying I was not selected. Was this the case this year as well? I’m just confused.

I'm just wondering.. I applied for my Parents sponsorship including my 3 brothers. I am aware that they already draw the first round of chosen sponsors. How many draw are they going to do? Are we expecting more announcements to come?

They selected 15K app so already accounting that up to 5K will be ineligible, so I doubt there will be a 2nd round this year.
