Im a canadian citizen, can i sponsor my parents if attend school full time?

If you have required income from 3+ years then yes but the program is closed for now.
If you are not working ( while being FT student then no )

Since you must maintain LICOs during the entire Parent PR processing time along with the 3 previous taxation years before submitting the application to qualify, you basically cannot quit work to attend full time study at any time during the PR process.
