PARENTS SPONSORSHIP- which province better?

My sister lives in Ontario and I live in Quebec. We are thinking of sponsoring my parents. Can you please advise which province is less hassle and quicker, based on your experience? My sister meets the LICO requirements for the past 3 years and I meet the quebec requirements. So that is not an issue.

They'll have to obtain a CAQ for Quebec. Otherwise the processes are the same. So I guess outside of Quebec is technically easier. However you'll need to be selected through the lottery first. So I would recommend that both you and your sister apply for the lottery next year.
