Parents Sponsorship: Received Request for Passports but Appendix A...?

Thankfully after more than 5 years of waiting, I finally got that email with a letter requesting passports for my parents. At the end of the letter is an Appendix A - Updated Information Chart. It requires basic demographic information for my parents and their children.

Question is does this need to have all the children listed whether accompanying or not? Any help is appreciated.
