Parents sponsorship - question about principal applicant

I want to sponsor my father + my mother
I'll be adding my father as principal applicant.

My questions:
Question ONE
Where in the new application, I have to indicate the name of my mother ?
The application is asking for the name of the principal applicant only (my father in my case)
How the CIC will know that I want to sponsor both persons (father + mother) ?

Question TWO
what will be the fees in this case ?
Will it be $75 + $475 + $550 ?? Is that correct ?

The fees are:

$75 for the sponsorship application
$475 for the principal applicant
$150 for a dependent child of the principal applicant, under age 22 and not married or in a common-law relationship
$550 for a dependant of the principal applicant who is 22 or older, or who is under 22 and married or in a common-law relationship.

Your father is listed as the primary applicant. Your mother will be listed under his application as a dependent. You will pay the $75 for sponsorship, $475 for principle applicant, $550 for your mother and then applicable right of permanent residency fees when they are issues their visas' and CoPRs.

You will have to add your Mother's information by clicking on the "Add Dependents" button in IMM008 application form


You do know that you would have to fill IMM008DEP for your Mother, correct? That is where you would be providing her details.
