Parents sponsorship Need advice

I sponsored my mother and brother under permanent resident sponsorship PGP in 2011 and file is forwaded to New Delhi and processing started two month on March1 2017. Probably they will ask for medical soon.
I have one query that now my wife is pregnant in canada and i want my mother in canada to do help me and wife in all that .Would it Be better option to call my mother in visitor or super visa after medical of permanent case?

Yes you can apply for visitor/super visa for parents while the PR application is in progress. There is no restrictions, i have personally done sucessfully many times in a past

Yes - she can do the medical in Canada.

He cannot apply for a super visa.

Yes - he can apply for a visitor visa.
