They are starting to accept applications for parents sponsorship from Jan 2014. So do we need to provide NOA`s for years 2010, 2011, 2012 or 2011, 2012, 2013? I ask this because at Jan 2014 the NOA for year 2013 wont be ready since the tax filing for that year will happen in mar-apr 2014. Pls advice, thank you.
