My parents received an email instructing them to do medical - email dated July 22, 2016 and it stated to complete the medical 30 days from email was sent. They went to the accredited hospital and performed the medical. Unfortunately, my mom was instructed to acquire medical certification before they submit to embassy from her family doctor but the family doctor is on vacation and will be back on September 20, 2016 and that is to close to the deadline that the embassy stated.
My question, If ever that my mom cannot give the certification on time, should I call the embassy and inform them that the medical results for my mom will be delayed?
Any help/information/tips will higly be appreciated.
