Parents Sponsor question HELP!!

Quick questions guys. For the filling out and signatures of the forms, how do the sponsored parents sign them?

Can you send the form by email, have then sign it, scan it and send it back to you via email or they can sign the form electronically?

Or do they have to send forms by mail so that parents can sign it?

what I did, I sent only the forms they need to sign thru email and they sent it back to me.. Their signatures should be original..
