Hi, I want to renew my mother's PR card. She stayed in Canada for 3 years after getting her PR. Appendix A mentions residency proof. What documents can I attach if I don't have any mentioned in Appendix A?

You can’t renew it she needs to do it while in Canada.

Does she have no banking records, tax records, utility bills, etc. in her name?

That means she missed out the free dental insurance (if she's eligible) from the federal government? Did she ever seek health care or dental care while in Canada? Does she have no provincial health card?
