Parents Online Visitor Visa- Form Signature Help ?

Hello,

My father is preparing for visitor visa to visit me along with my mom; he is wondering about the signature on forms:
IMM5257- it has pdf validation but other two forms 5645 & 5713E doesn't have the option.
Do all of them have to print the all forms or just 5645 & 5713 ?
He is principal applicant & he is using his online profile.
Please help...thanks in advance !!!

5257 should not be altered in any way.

All other forms can be or not printed and signed.
