Parents on supervisa - bank account and driver's license

Hi my parents are on supervisa

- please advise how to get a bank account and drivers license for my dad.
- for both these, they require 2 photo Ids (my dad just has his passport, and driver license from home country), otherwise they will not open bank account or give a drivers license

this is really disabling, how can a person stay for up to 2 years, and not have a local bank account or be able to drive around. Please provide any info to help for this.

1. Assume that his DL has his picture, if not talk to the bank
2. Unless he has a DL from one of the following countries he will have to start from scratch for a restricted license. If he want to bypass the Learners, he will need proof from his home country as to the number of years that he has driven.
