I checked E-Cas and found out my parents sponsorship is "in process".
This is what E-Cas says.

We received your application to sponsor Kxxxxx Kxxxx on March 4, 2008.
We started processing your application on February 5, 2010.

Anyone knows whats next ???

I just checked E-Cas and it says:

Parents and Grandparents May 9, 2007 33 months

How come it's already processing your application submitted in MARch 2008 .....


maybe my application were lost somewhere...

I think, they don't always go according to timeline.

If I hear anything from CIC, I will let you all know.

What do I need to check my application on ecase. My daughter applied in October 2009 received her AOR from Mississauga in December 2009. Is there reference number on this document that she can use to track the status of her application on ecas? Or is it to early to track the status.

Torontoguy, now i am happy u have got the experience u were looking for.

parents, sister, brother, cousin, etc sponsorship takes the longest time, well is true they dont go according to the timeline but trust me, 95% yes they do and the 5% it wont be the very quickest, Now that u have the 1st stage u good and lets all wait.. u never know

Is it possible that sponsorship for diferrent countries are processed at different timelines?

I'm still puzzled as to why my application from July 2007 still hasn't been processed....
because I submitted my application almost 1 year before TorontoGuy and still nothing until today.
Not even shown on Ecas that it's being processed...

Really tempted to call but it says if my application has not been processed, inquiring will make it take longer to process...
