Parents/grand parent super visa

Hi all

My mother is in Canada with a super visa, her visa will expire soon, but I want her to stay because I am pregnant and I would like her to be here with me when I have my baby.

Therefore my question is, is it possible to extend her visa while she is here, and how?

She will have to leave Canada in order to apply for a new supervisa. You can't apply for one in Canada. You can only apply to extend the stay if the supervisa is still valid.
