Parents are on visitor visas, will be an issue to address if I apply for a student permit with my spouse now?

My parents came to Canada as visitors and are about to leave by September. I am about to apply for a student permit along with my husband. Will my parents being on make my country tie weak? Should I address this on my SoP?

If you have any case references that would be great.

You parents are not family ties so no issue.

I don't understand. How come my parents are not my family tie? What is family tie in Canadian study permit then? I would like you to elaborate please.
Elaborate please... your parent are here on visitor visa, but you are back home and you want to apply SP&SOWP... Correct?

If you are married and want to show strong ties to your home country, the tie is your husband and/or children. Your parents aren’t considered a strong tie if you are married and over 22. So if they are in Canada on a visitor visa, it makes no difference to your application.

yes correct. They will leave in July and September respectively. I am married and applying with my spouse for Study permit and OWP. I am afraid they may consider my country tie weak for my parents being in Canada now.

Weak ties are your spouse and any children coming with you, not your parents.

That is not correct, your parent are on visitors visa and will leave Canada anywhere. In your case, your strong tie is your spouse and children.... not your parent or siblings
