Parents and Sister visiting from Philippines - Visas

I've been successfully submitting the online applications for both my parents in the same online account. I am ready to start my sisters application, I can't seem to find a place to start the submission of my sisters application from within the same online account that I used for my parents. Is there a place to submit their application or should I be setting up a separate online account for the sole purpose of submitting my sisters application?

hi, is it difficult to apply for the visa? How long will it take to get the approval? I am inviting my mother, sister, bro in law and their 2 kids. I contacted a travel agency in the phils to do the applications. I payed 8K PHP each of the applicant. But they said that the apps is not 100 percent sure.
