Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2020

Hello,

I recently submitted the application for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship for my parents
and I could not provide the passport copies, because my parents did not had that time and their passport application was in-process

Now, I received my parents passports and i would like to send them to CIC

Could anyone help me on how to submit my parents passports? since I have not received my acknowledgment number

Please Advise
