Could you please advise on my situation.
I applied for the parents and grandparents program last year both for my parents and my wife's parents. We received invitation from CIC to apply only for my in-law parents in October.
Unfortunately, my wife passed away last month. I assume if the sponsor passed away I cannot do the application for her parents. What are the chances if I apply the application on Humanitarian and compassionate grounds? Is it worth that effort?
