Complaining is not always good. if we let the CIC do the PGP 2020 in January like last year. we would at least did the online form and get selected.
look at now this is year is ending and yet nothing coming. we lost PGP 2020.

CIC was making changes to the program and you need the 2019NOA so it was never a big deal that it wasn’t in January. Almost everything has been influenced by covid. Many may also no longer meet the income requirement this year. Canada had to prioritize others things and also needs to deal with the backlog of immigration applications. Would add that it has now become clear to the public that we aren’t even caring for our current seniors well. Unfortunately many have been aware of the issue for a long time it it all comes down to ever increasing costs for an ageing demographic, a limited budget and most provinces with varying degrees of deficits. Would assume PGP2021 is more likely if we don’t have another large wave.

Do they really need NOA2019 just to secure a lottery ticket or ballot? Like in 2017, many people wasted the ballot due to not meeting the income requirement.
