Do your parents actually live in the US? If not, they should be applying from their own country.

Hi
no they are just travelling there..is it ?

If they apply from a country where they have temporary status, it weakens their ties and lessens their chances of approval. They really should apply from home.
But isnt easy for them to apply for Canada when they are already in neighboring country with my brother?

No. They are applying from a country where they have no ties and therefore are a higher risk to overstay.
