Parental sponsorship; wrong spellings on my date of birth certificate

cic has asked me to submit my date of birth certificate showing my relationship with my father. the problem is that there is spelling mistake; an alpahbet is missing in his first name but his name on my degrees and other certificates plus my previous indian passport has the correct spelling. please suggest what is the alternative to be submit like any affidavit which can be used instead beacuse they have given like 30 days to send it to them.
