I've been working for the same employer since 10 Dec 2018 till now. On 15 Dec 2019 I took parental leave for 6 month and now again start working with them from June 29. How do I integrate the parental leave? Do I split the period in 2, one before patental leave, and the rest after until present, leaving a gap in time? Or do I just add one row of experience from 2018 until present? should I mention this gap in my experience letter the one I will submit to cic?
