Parent Visa for only child living in Canada

Hi everyone
I am new to this and I live in Canada from last one year im an only child and my parents live in home country. Can anyone advise me about my options to get my parents here other then visitor visa.

Until the overhaul of the Parents and Grandparents Programme (PGP) is complete in Nov 2013 and the changes are announced, there are no other options. They can get a regular TRV or a SuperVisa (visitor status does not need to be renewed for up to 2 years), those are the only options at this time.
