The last update was on March 27...and they reinforced with the message "The Government of Canada remains strongly committed to family reunification, and IRCC is committed to opening the program as soon as possible. "

Hopefully it will be announced early August 2020.

Think it is unlikely to happen this year. Too many other issues and backlogs.
