I m very happy to get invitation .
This time for 2021 my parents got the invitation. When I submitted the interest to sponsor form , I entered only for one applicant , that s for my mother. Will they count as a family for my dad too? Though I didnt apply for him.
I was not eligible for 2018 2019 and 2020 income requirements .
But my income for 2021 shows I m eligible for both.
Can I submit the application for both , Will they consider 2021 income?
Or should I submit application for only 1 applicant thats my mom.
Please help.

If what you wrote is true, you are/were never eligible. You should have read the following links carefully before wasting one spot

If both the parents are alive, then both of them are counted towards family size even if one of them are not to be included EoI and in the PR application.

You need to have enough income for 2018 2019 and 2020 to cover both of your parents. Otherwise you can't sponsor at all.

No, they won't consider 2021 income.

You cannot submit an application just for your mother.

You'll need to wait until you have three years where you meet the income requirements. So if you only have enough income in 2021, then you need to wait until 2024 before you'll be able to sponsor.

No, they won't consider 2021 income.

Even if your dad is not interested to come, he must be counted towards determining the family size. Thats why I mention in my earlier reply that you should have read the rules and guide (available for free) before wasting one spot.

If your parents are married, then you aren't eligible.

You need to have enough income to cover both of your parents and yourself (3 people). Otherwise you can't sponsor anyone.

Seriously, I tend to believe that this is an honest mistake of not giving attention to details. But, if this is true then his/her intention is totally like "if not me, then no one else".

If you knew back then that you did not qualify to apply for your parents, you should NOT submit the interest to sponsor form.
I have the feeling that you will apply and eventually will get rejected. I don't understand why you asked for help at a forum and then ignore the information because you do not like it.

I am not in the draw and I can see very few being "happy" to see your post.
