Parent Sponsorship 2019 - GMCS notes

submit the sponsorship application for my mother on 2019, got all the approvals on the sponsor since 2019 and since then nothing from IRCC.
we requested GMCS notes since 15-Oct2-2020 and till today nothing, is it normal to not receive any notes for more than 3 months?

Do you mean 2020 or 2021? If you ordered GCMS notes in 2020 and still haven't seen then, no - that's not normal. That makes me think the accidentally ended up in the spam bin and you missed them.

A three month wait is certainly possible right now. You should be getting them very soon however.
