Parent Sponsorship 2017. Urgent! Help!

I have been a permanent resident since March 2016 and started working that same month.

please, can I sponsor my parent in January 2017 as my income meets the minimum?

Or do I have to wait till I have lived here for 3 years because CIC looks at three consecutive taxation years preceding the date on which the application is submitted to them.

Nope, you have to wait until January 2020 because you need 3 years of NOA statements, plus you have to wait until next tax year to get your final NOA statement.

Do what I did, get a supervisa. My mom in law has one that lasts for 8 years and she currently can stay here for 2 years at a time.

Had question. If ever I cant get my parents as a tourist since I Ive been PR for 2 years Is it possible my husband who is a canadian can sponsor them as a tourist here?!Thanks in Advance

No they will not be accepted. Income proof can only be in form of CRA tax returns, and income must be from Canadian sources or at least earned while physically living in Canada.
