Parent sponorship

Hi,
I have want to apply for my mother sponrship but due to this unfair lottery system , I could not apply as I am not selected in lottery. My mother is on super visa and we are 3 sibling and 2 are settle in Australia and I am in Canada. There is no one in India to care my mother. Is there is a way to apply sponsorship, (by some court appeal) as There is no one in India can take care of my mother. Although she has super visa but it has its cost along with like medical insurance. I do not want to rely on super visa for long. This lottery or limit system I do not know how much time I have to wait in future.. Please help

The lottery system has already been scrapped, its back to the old system with some changes.

Are you eligible to sponsor? Why dont your other siblings apply to sponsor her?

The whole point of the supervisa is to provide options if you can't sponsor your parents or have not been selected. Paying for insurance is the trade off. If you don't want to pay insurance you can perhaps find a cheaper caretaker if your mother returns home.
