Once they are PR, certain type of medical expenses are covered by the government just like any PR. (Healthcare is provincial)
BUT in general, prescription medicine, dental, home care, physio, RMT, care home cost...etc are not covered.
If you are a PR already, you know what's covered and what is not.
What do you mean "draw"? Lottery is closed and first come first serve will be reborn in 2019.Thank you so much for your immediate response. Yes I know what is covered but my doubt was if they will loose their chances because of age or not. And no its hard to get PR because we have draw here. I think they may take 3/4 years to get PR through draw if I apply today. Do you think that they will receive it immediately ?

I was co sponsor for 2017 and the applicants received their COPR within 9 months.
Your husband needs to be the co-sponsor and you need to be the sponsor. Your parents cannot apply now and will have to wait for 2019 in order to apply. One last question. I am not eligible to sponsor my parents so is it possible if my husband sponsor them? So that they can apply right now
