Okay so here is the scenario. My friend and her husband already have valid visitor visas and they are planning to apply for a visa for their son since the son's visa has already expired. We already know they can use the mother's GCKEY but we have a few other questions.
1. Does the mother need to fill up and sign USE OF REPRESENTATIVE FROM (IMM5476) & FAMILY REPRESENTATIVE FORM (IMM5713)?
2. Son is traveling with both parents, no need for letter of consent right? Letter of financial support will suffice?
3. Should the mother put her name when signing the electronic signature in online application? Or should she put the child's name?
Please help us. We will appreciate it so much.
