Hi everyone,
Always questions.
Filing for spousal sponsorship..
(I am a canadian citizen marrying a US citizen in less than two weeks).
On the "spouse/common-law questionnaire" form in the application package it asks if we are currently living together.
We recently moved to a border town for him to commute across to the States for work 3 days a week.
I'm worried if we say we live together they may deny him access to cross each work day (obviosuly disasterous), but we do live together..
Every time he crosses he needs to ensure the border patrol he intends to return to the States, so can't very well say he lives here.

Very fine line, any advice??

No, you do not officially live together. He does not have right of residency in Canada and therefore cannot officially live there. However, you can write a letter explaining what you have written in this post - you are not officially living together, but he lives and works in the States 3d/week and spends the other 4d/week with you, and that you moved to a border town to make this feasible.
