PAPERWORK NOT DELIVERED

Hi quick question...I have just found out that my additional documentation and RRFP which i sent registered post from canada is being held at customs and not delivered...since July 28th 2012

Ok so is the 60 days counted from when they posted it too you and is it 60 working days or should i include weekends...

My medicals have been delivered since July 30th

Its clearly mentioned in the request letter the deadline to submit the Additional document...
you have to inform VO ASAP about the delay(with concrete reasons) for additional document holdings by customs and ask for extension .
