Paper work permit extension acknowledgment

Hello,

I had applied for the paper based work permit extension on August 3 2018.I haven’t received any acknowledgment yet. I’m just worried if the application has not reached CIC as I sent it through the normal mail and can’t track it. Is there any way I can find it ?
