Paper file location "In Transit" for 3 months now according to GCMS notes

Hi, I am a Feb 2017 applicant sponsoring my spouse.

I got sponsor approval on March 20th and nothing since then. I ordered GCMS notes on April 15th and received them on May 15th and it indicated that my file was being transferred to London VO on April 11th (I didn't get an email but notes specified that a batch email was sent). Great!

But, I just ordered notes again on June 24th and got them yesterday. On page 2, under "Paper File" location, it is STILL "In Transit".

Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Have u contacted CIC call centre? They will let u know of ur file has been transferred or not? Alternatively u can write an email to LVO and ask for confirmation.

I haven't contacted CIC. I will try to call tomorrow and inquire. Thanks!

I have tried calling between 8-8:30am yesterday and today. Both times they couldn't connect me to an agent. The only option to connect to an agent comes after going through several prompts and entering the application number.

I did send an urgent email to LVO to get status update. Hopefully I get a positive response and can rest assured that my app is safely at LVO.

I will keep trying the phone number at different times though...

Yes do call them several times, i know this is such a pain but the only way to get some info on your case.
