Do I need to send any documents by post after I submit my application online from my CIC account?
If yes what is the address?

If you've applied online through express entry. You do not have to send anything unless asked to do so. Even if you're asked it'll be online only.

Express Entry is entirely online based. The only time you ever send anything in is after you get PPR, you have to submit your passport and photos to get COPR.

The application process itself is online only.
