paper clips allowed??

Hi everyone! I just completed all my forms and requirements for my nova scotia provincial nominee program. My question is if I can use paper clips on my documents? ? I checked cic website, it did not mention anything about plastic paper clips. Or do I just. Leave all the pages loose?

You can staple or pin them its upto you. I'd suggest if you put paper clip, they'll remain more organised. I had mine stapled.

I have 1 more question, do I need to send only the photocopies of all the cic forms? I was reading the guideline, it says for cic forms, send COPIES ONLY...please help...thank you!

What do you mean by photocopies of the form ? Just type and print them out, do phototcopies of every form that you will be sending and keep the photocopies with you for reference. IMM 5690E is the checklist. Have a good look at it.

you have to send ORIGINAL forms with your signature and date otherwise your application will be returned to you unprocessed.
use the checklist from CIC website and not from the province that nominate you.photocopies of forms are only for the first step when you apply to the province for nomination once you are nominated you have to send your complete application to CIO in sydney nova scotia.
use this website:www.cic.gc.ca to prepare your application .

Im actually working on my application for my nova scotia provincial nominee...not the oermanent resident yet

in that case you have to follow the instructions of the nova scotia government,im pretty sure you only need photocopies not originals for the provincial government.

Just leave them unbound. You'll drive them mad otherwise as they only have to remove it. I don't imagine they will reject you for paper clipping you application though

Hi canadavisa13,

How about those documents such as birth certificates, IELTS result, do we need to send the originals?
As for the Schedule 4: Economic Classes- Provincial Nominees. Is it possible to indicate the amount less than the one I submitted previously to MPNP? This is because, my daugther who is turning 22 by March next year has given separate nomination paper by MPNP and I need to give her the amount equivalent to single entry. Please enlighten me as I am confuse on how to start my application to CIC...
