According to CIC website, it is recommended to apply ONLINE but from past 3-4 months responses of the embassy, PAPER BASED seems to be more quick.saadmalik said:so what do u people suggest ? an online application for study permit or paper based one. ? which one is fastest. ?

yea but my current city is different than from where i would be applying my visa. so i would need to move to that city i suppose for biometrics.. although both cities have VAC facility available.samroc said:It takes about 5 minutes to do the biometric processing. Sorry...I don't understand. Why are you going to another city if there is a VAC available in your own city? Your application will be processed by the Canadian embassy in your country regardless of the city you submit your application from.saadmalik said:yea but my current city is different than from where i would be applying my visa. so i would need to move to that city i suppose for biometrics.. although both cities have VAC facility available.
