I got nomination from SINP-OID(non-express entry) in June 18.Now I am going to send my paper application to cic-Do we have to send POF again i.e bank statements,FD etc ?As per document checklist it is not mentioned but my agent has asked for it and I have submitted and due to increase in CAD dollar rate my POF slightly less than minimum required funds.
Pls confirm -those who send paper based application-do we have to send POF with our application.
