Paper applications

This was posted on the IRCC website a couple of days ago.

“IRCC also continues to process study permit and work permit applications submitted online and permanent residence applications, to the extent possible. Paper applications for visitor visas, study permits and work permits will not be processed until further notice.”

I need to extend my PWGP.. but usually is done via paper only. I’m concerned they may reject that because of it...

You can extend PGWP online if you qualify for an extension.

I have submitted my work permit on aug 20th 2020 and got approval on dec 2nd 2020. While submitting my application i forgot to attach 2 years of transcripts and submitted only 2nd year transcripts. So instead of 3 years work permit i got only one year work permit. What i need to do in this situation. Please help me to resolve this issue. I am too much stressed because if this issue.
