Quick question regarding paper applications:
Since in order to be granted implied status, an application must be received by the CIC before the current permit expires, what date can I assume my paper application was received on? Is it simply the delivery date (as per the signature of whoever received the application in person), or is there some step further the CIC must take with paper application to be considered as having been "received"?
PS: I was unable to find any online record of my paper application, but I don't believe that means much as the automatic message advised me that "This service is only available to clients with applications in process", and application that have been "received" are not necessarily "in process".
