Paper application drop off addresses in Sydney

From the 2 addresses below on website, it has regular mail & courier addresses etc.
Do I understand it correctly that, if I am sending through normal postal (Fedex or CanadaPoste), then it should go to regular mail address, and if sending by priority then I shall choose the courier one. Is this correct understanding?

What if I inverse the address when sending, would that be still received?
Also, does it require signing up on reception or just drop off delivery is fine by fedex/CP?

I believe the reason for that is that FedEx and other courier services don't deliver to PO BOX addresses. Both addresses are ok to send to otherwise, people have sent via Canada post to the courier address too and its ok. I hope that makes sense.
