Hello everyone,
I am writing on behalf of my colleague at work.
They received a rejection from the panel. Their lawyer did not include many pieces of evidence in the court case and did not provide any support. Now, they will work with a new lawyer for the appeal. First, they will file a complaint against the previous lawyer along with the evidence.
Do you think there is a chance to submit previously omitted evidence during the RAD (Refugee Appeal Division) process? Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
