I am located in Port Elgin 200 kms from London. I can go to Hamilton London and Toronto for medical exam

you can check and book their appointments online .mind you on weekends you may not be able to get an Xray though as they are closed on weekends usually .however, other medical tests can be done at any medical center who are open on weekends
