I am from Sudbury, Ontario. It's not a huge city like Toronto. My husband summited his medicals about 3weeks ago, and the clinic confirmed to him after a week that they had also sent IRCC the medical reports. But my IRCC PR portal still says "Medicals are under review". normally IRCC updates hem within a few days of receiving it right? I did my medicals in Scarborough, unlike my hubby and mine was updated within a week. My friend's medicals from Indonesia was updated and passed with 5 days! I'm just getting so stressed and anxious to get an answer, about what's going on.

We have had several issues with this Clinic. This clinic has many google reviews, and people are asking it be removed from the IRCC Panel of physicians. -
Our panel physician is the only one in Sudbury, Ontario, their address is:
Doctor's Name: Chiebere OGBUNEKE
Address: CJay Medicals, 893 Bancroft Drive, Sudbury, Ontario - P3B 1P8
1. It seems they did not send the medical report to IRCC on time. I have been trying to reach them, no one answers, and we tried going directly to the clinic the doors are closed from 8AM to 5PM. NEVER answer calls and only open their doors when they feel like - They do not follow timings. They sometimes open at 12 or 1PM, and not everyday. The pharmacist next to them is as clueless as the customers who walk in.
2. They charged us double than other IRCC clinics, and despite the extra charges - they don't give any information sheet or paperwork. We need to pay an additional $30/- or more to get that - to be able to follow up with them and IRCC about where our medicals are...
3. We would be better off travelling to Toronto/ Scarborough for medicals to be updated within days, than to wait for over a month and still not be able to contact the clinic, let alone seeing an updated on your application.

I have two requests:
1. Can anyone tell me how to report them / flag them so they are removed/ changed from the panel of physicians?
2. Has this happened to anyone else? Does it take that long for IRCC to update medicals if they received the report 2 weeks ago?

I already sent a webform to IRCC inquiring about my medicals and I haven't got any response yet.

Please help!

No medicals are not often updated within days. A medical professional reviews the medicals especially if there are any health concerns or irregularities. It can take up to a few months to get reviewed but that is usually in a case where there are medical conditions or irregularities found in the testing. If nothing WP worry about on the medical it can take up to a few weeks.

1. How do you know they didn’t send it on time. If the results needed to be reviewed by an IRCC medial professional it can take up to a few months.
2. They are in a remote location so can charge a premium. You aren’t entitled to the report that was sent in to IRCC. Most are not given a copy. All medical records written by a doctor is their property so they are allowed to charge for it. You also usually pay to transfer your files to another doctor because it other than lab reports the rest of your chart is the doctor’s work that they own.
3. You could have travelled to pay less but there are no guarantees it would have been processed faster.

You can complain to IRCC about the price but you don’t know if his medical required further review by the IRCC medical staff which could be leading to the delay. If you know they have sent it all you can do is wait.
